Here are some 1800 calorie diet samples that you can use to base your own diet on. Try not to do anything extreme and if you are unsure about how to go about it i suggest that you go see a dietitian and get a proper plan. Remember to phase into a 1800 calorie diet plan slowly, no sudden changes which can shock your system.
