Starbucks Calories

If you’re a massive starbucks fan (and there are a lot of us out there), you know that starbucks calories can be very high depending on what you order. I’m not going to list all the calories in starbucks coffee here, but basically give you a strategy and some rough knowledge on how to best minimize the damage done for those of you who don’t want to go without it.

The one thing you can definitely do to reduce the number of starbucks calories is to reduce the size of the drink you’re getting. In the interests of still being able to order the drink you want, and not switch to something as basic as an espresso, this is the one thing you can do that can make a tangible difference. For example, venti which is the largest size has 290 calories in a cafe latte, the grande has 220 and the tall has 180, so between the venti and the tall theres a difference of 110 calories!

Next is the milk, always go skinny, full fat milk can be a real damage dealer. So, the starbucks calories in a cappucino grande is 140 calories with full fat milk, going the skinny route will save you about 80 calories!

The final tip is to get the light blends, on some of them you can reduce upto 60 calories.

All in all, if you’re on a diet and/or trying to maintain a specific daily calorie intake, these tips should help you reduce whatever damage is being done without giving up starbucks coffee altogether.
